I am passionate about introducing children and teachers to scientifically proven short, regular, fun and life-enhancing breathing techniques that will improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Sessions are created for groups of 10 to 50 people to recharge mental batteries, enhance performance in problem solving, improve relationships and increase wellbeing in the workplace.

· Introduction and warmup to breathwork
· Importance of functional breathing
· Why the breath is so powerful
· How to down regulate the nervous system
· A 30 minute practice

WHAT’S REQUIRED?
· A space that’s large enough for everyone to lie down comfortably.
· Enough yoga mats and/or blankets for every person.
· A sufficient sound system to play music (the louder the system the better).
· Sleep eye masks are optional but recommended because it allows you to focus on yourself and not on others around you.
