WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathing is the one system in your body that is both automatic and under your control. This is not a coincidence. Through different breathing practices you can radically improve your physical and mental health, performance and emotional wellbeing. When you become aware of your breathing and begin to consciously make changes to your breathing pattern your state of being will drastically improve.
My mission is to empower and educate you on how to use your breath to relearn a healthy way of breathing that strengthens your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. I specialise in conditions such as asthma, anxiety, sleep conditions such as apnea and snoring, and disordered breathing. Where to begin? I have been working with Eloise for 5 sessions focusing on Buteyko breath therapy. I have struggled with asthma symptoms, in spite of proper medication. After doing the Buteyko exercises daily, most of these symptoms have gradually vanished.

September 2021 och jag är sjukskriver pga utmattningssyndrom. Plågas av malande oro, ångest, svårt att slappna av, tryck för bröstet etc. Går hos terapeut och försöker allt för att må bättre. Får höra talas om Eloise och Breathwork och bokar genast in en tid, One on One session. Det här ska visa sig bli vändningen. Så bra som jag mår efter vår första session hade jag inte mått på minst ett år. Det var som att hela hjärnan startades om och alla nerver hittade sin rätta bana, som att starta om en dator med alt-control-delete. Kände mig otroligt lättad, lugn men också ledsen, glad och stark på samma gång, och trycket för bröstet var helt borta. Eloise och jag bokade in 4 ggr till med en veckas mellanrum. Det har varit en fantastisk resa, jag har längtat till varje tillfälle. Musiken, stämningen, andningen allt Eloise gör känns så tryggt, hon är fantastisk. Breathwork med Eloise har förändrat mitt liv, jag mår mycket bättre och det viktigaste av allt är att jag har fått ett verktyg, att genom andning hitta ett inre lugn, känna mig stark och älska mig själv (jag är inte där ännu men en god bit på väg). Jag kommer aldrig släppa Breathwork och Eloise. Nu går jag på hennes grupp-sessions och när jag känner att jag vill ha lite mer personlig guidning bokar jag in One on One-session. Det är svårt att beskriva med ord vad Breathwork verkligen gjort för mig, jag är så evigt tacksam att jag kom i kontakt med Eloise. September 2021, I am on sick leave due to fatigue syndrome. Pained by grinding anxiety, difficulty relaxing, pressure on the chest, etc. I Go to a therapist and try everything to feel better. I heard about Eloise and Breathwork and immediately book a One on One session. This turned out to be the turning point. I felt the best I did after our first session, that I had not felt in at least a year. It was as if my whole brain was restarted and all nerves found their right path, like restarting a computer with alt-control-delete. I felt incredibly relieved, calm but also sad, happy and strong at the same time, and the pressure on my chest was completely gone. Eloise and I booked in 4 more times at one week intervals. It has been a fantastic journey, I have longed for every opportunity. The music, the atmosphere, the breathing, everything Eloise does feels so safe. She is amazing. Breathwork with Eloise has changed my life, I feel much better and the most important thing of all is that I have been given a tool, to find inner peace through breathing, to feel strong and love myself (I'm not there yet but a good bit on the way). I will never give up Breathwork with Eloise. Now I attend her group sessions and when I feel like I want a little more personal guidance, I book a One on One session. It's hard to describe in words what Breathwork really did for me, I'm so eternally grateful that I came in contact with Eloise. That something as "simple" as breathing can make me feel so good and feel so safe.

Before taking the breathwork class I didn’t really know how it worked and thought it would require a lot of concentration, like meditation. Eloise’s instructions were clear and reassuring, it took less than a minute for me to feel the physical effects, and soon after, I felt the powerful emotional effects. Eloise’s carefully selected music helped create a secure environment and her calm and reassuring guidance throughout the session allowed me to let go and be transported by the experience.
